Dreaming Neon Black

I have heard what the prophets have said
who prophecy lies in my Name,
saying "I have dreamed, I have dreamed!"
Jeremiah 23:24-25.

Dreaming of good stuff
that could happen
but never did.
Dreaming of bad stuff
that happened
like it did.
It wasn't lucid, but you smiled,
held my hand, looked me in eye,
and said 'no'
one last time.
