A Beautiful Lie

This is the title of the second album of my freshly-discovered fave band: 30 Seconds To Mars (Streaming sample)

Prog metal, space rock, nu metal, alternative: call it any names, it still rocks! I heard it on the last.fm radio and it was love at first note.

They are worth noting here on the EICTE (everything is connected to everything) principle. Jared Leto, mentioned in this ancient blogpost, vocals and guitar, is a founder of the band. It's official now: I have a wierd taste in men. Might as well see Lord of War to finalize the verdict. Yes... I used to fancy Nicolas Cage, too. End of confessing mode.

The Last (Planet) Shall be First

Here Mordred raised the issue of believing in Evolution, focusing on the gap between yes and no, and seeing it as negative. On the other hand, my view is that, as in tests, there should be an answer like 'Not enough information available', and this is not the same as 'I don't care'. I have more than once stressed the amount of faith necessary to assume that Evolution is a fact. Even more often I have stressed my objection to waving facts as arguments because facts, like opinions, are constructions. And that's ok with me.

Anyway, I just wanted to point out that I wrote about the IAU Conference before everyone else:P Hooray for the new construction;)
